Of course! That's why we need to retake the Republican Party.
Bi-partisanship works when THEY want it to.
All eyes on Health Care debate and the staunch difference between the parties while the true bi-partisan efforts slip under the radar of the average American.

Nobody outside of transportation ever heard of or gave a shit about TWIC.

Until now...

And rest assured, step out of line for the slightest infraction and your "worker's card" will be remotely disabled, rendering you out of a job.

Graham seems like a vindictive little bitch. This sounds like something he's cooked up with the Obama administration.

There are not enough swear words in the english language so I have transitioned to German to cover my disgust. I HATE verichip and its evil plans to tag all of us. They are like the casino industry in Ohio. How many years and how much lobbying before they finally got what they wanted? It is the same thing- they will plug away until we all have those damn chips up under our skin.....

Where in the Constitution does it give the Congress the power to regulate employer/employee relations and force them to register with a national database?

An employer has a right to not hire a non citizen. However, you could make an argument under the 5th Amendment you are requiring an employee to perjure himself by registering in a national database if he is an illegal. The Constitution is clear that NO PERSON is required to perjure themselves.

I am all for securing the borders, but this is a gross invasion of privacy and will be used against American Citizens in the future. We are moving towards full blown fascism more everyday. Today is a landmark day, with this and S.3081. The President will be able to hold us indefinitely at his discretion and we will have to show our papers wherever we go.

MSM already coming out in favor of it. O'Reilly had on Lou Dobbs tonight and both of them came out in favor of it.

destroy the card. Destroy the machines that make the card. Boycott any business that forces workers to have the card.

If they have the right to break the social contract in the 4th amendment, then I will break the social contract that prevents me from destroying property I do not own. Its civil disobedience.

That slimeball Grahm is really pissing me off. He would give it a 60/40 vote even if all Republicans stood against it. Let Grahm hear it, this needs to end now.
