You guys forgot about private security. A lot of businesses are going to want people to guard their assets for them.

Requirements will probably be just to have a rifle, :)

Doctors? Haha. Yeah right. Most doctors nowadays can't do anything without their precious drugs and diagnostic tools. You know how many young doctors can barely use a stethoscope these days? Plus how many allopathic doctors really have a grasp on healing with herbs, and natural remedies? Not many. I'll take a well educated and well versed naturopath in a shit hits the fan scenario over your average allopathic doctor.
