Seeing as how the Fed ccontinues to print money out of thin air and congress continues to spend it faster than they can print it are you guys investing in gold?

No, I am investing in silver, food and other supplies, plus I have some cash stashed for immediate use if needed.

Too poor for gold.....although I do have some gold coins handed down from my grandmother.

Food, ammo, cigs, misc.

I have some silver bars and a few gold bars. I've started investing in strip club dollars as well.

I'm done investing in gold for the time being. Unless you have serious money, the time for gold was in 07-09 back when most were clueless about the fed and their inflationary policy.

I'm investing in Silver, Guns, ammunition, and food and money generating options.

I like to have some gold for bribes, especially in the case of needing to quickly leave the country. As the Arabs say: "grab your gold and run."

I would suggest having 3-4 oz of gold for each member of your family, preferably in fractional ounce coins. Silver has a lot more upside as an investment, though.
