...

Hayworth said the debates should begin in March.

"Senator McCain has always demonstrated himself to be willing to face off with his opponents in political campaigns," he said in a statement released before McCain agreed to the forums. "I look forward to a vigorous and respectful series of joint appearances where we can discuss how we view the future of the Republican Party and our country."

...am I supposed to like Hayworth?
Seems to me that he's just saying he'll do the things that "conservative" politicians are supposed to do.

But I don't see anything on any of the wars, foreign or domestic, on his campaign site.

Those are the benchmarks for me. The wars - all of them - are the wars on liberty. If they don't take a stand on them, then everything that comes out of their mouths is just more empty promises about what they're going to do with my stolen wealth.

He could at least make overtures, and hint that there might be hope of him rethinking the wars... but no, nothing.

OK good enough points and they are of course well-taken . . .

McCain is " basically getting it from both sides on this one."

McCain's position's "evolve" . . .
McCain could be the first elected official who ever voted against A BILL HE INTRODUCED - a development of education for alien minors . . .
so he mostly confuses voters rather than gets any real core support from anyone.

If you can stomach Olbermann wrenching cacophony . . .

or if in the lighter mood, try . . . John McCain v. John McCain @www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioy90nF2anI

But McCain should be getting it from BOTH sides . . . he all too often takes both sides . . .
he mostly confuses voters rather than gets any real core support from anyone.

The Liberty candidate Jim Deakin . . . can maybe help guide the discussion and debate in the media at least . . .
but it is McCain that would NEVER even want him or former Minuteman Chris Simcox (now behind Hayworth) on the same stage with Hayworth and him.

So . . . in a "smackdown" . . .
I might just take the former GOP U.S. Congressman who is over 20 years younger than Grandpa.

Kick John McCain out of office!

CPAC 2010 – JBS Interviews J.D. Hayworth
http://www.libertynewsnetwork.tv/?p=120

Former Congressman J.D. Hayworth of Arizona is taking aim at the Senate seat now held by former presidential candidate John McCain. Hayworth has gotten attention for pointing out that McCain “campaigns claiming to be a conservative — but legislates as a liberal.”

In a conversation at CPAC 2010 with William F. Jasper, exclusive to Liberty News Network, Hayworth lays out the background for that statement and makes the case that McCain is a “good man” that has gotten some “bad advice” and has been in office “too long.”

They agree on everything except immigration. So I don't expect it to be too interesting.

OK . . . an issue or two at a time maybe . . .

It is a GOP Senate primary race . . . but it is the national media paying attention -
so, that singular issue won by Hayworth over McCain might be good for us, and Ron Paul 2012.

A libertarian constitutionalist to then face off v. Hayworth in November ?

It would be nice to break down the McCain political charade finally.

I agree completely. And I'll watch the debates. But unless Hayworth explains to the audience what FEC vs. Wisconsin Right to Life (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Election_Commission_v._Wisconsin_Right_to_ Life,_Inc.) was, then I won't be impressed.

That's the bar I set for attacking McCain, and I consider it to be pretty low considering his checkered history.

When I made this video is started with a Ron Paul vs McCain/Romney/Huckabee theme. Next thing I knew Romney & Huck dropped out… and I had a lot of video on McCain so I decided to make "John McCain… Electable?". Some folks did not like the parts about the Vets at the end of video… but I just call-em like I see-em.

That's ALOT of footage you put together there . . . here is a much shorter clip
with some of the same McCain remarks you used . . .
and includes what McCain did during Katrina, and, McCain's "I know alot less about economics . . . I still need to be educated"
