If (when) Ron Paul Announces His Bid For POTUS

...how much money do you think he could raise on that first day? Obviously a lot? I know this is a huge hypothetical, but it's just for fun. Given that the grassroots has already been formed...I'd make a modest guess of 3 million or upwards of 5 or 6, in comparison with the Tea Party money bomb. Any guesses?

Although I think he would raise a lot of money, unless we started a pledge and planned a day, I'm not sure how easy it would be to predict how much money he would make. I say this because, there is really no telling how many people will actually know that Ron Paul officially declared he is running for president. It's news that might take a few days to reach people, maybe a few weeks.

I do believe that before the first debate he will have raised at least $5 million, or more.

Yea I suppose the info might not reach everyone in one day, but I'm sure it would get thrown around fast. Maybe the first few days then, definitely a few million?
