YouTube - Karl Rove Chased Out of UCSB 2/25/10 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fE3T12G9gk)

I lol'd when the camera guy heckled the first set of guests and either one or the security asked him if he was a Ron Paul person. Seems to me the establishment conservatives who want these wars don't like him :P

Nice. I really like the positive political activism coming out of the UC's lately.

I liked it except the blocking of the car. That's just douchey.

And really? The ATF?

Blame the college. Seriously, get in that and take down the college. They made this happen. Not Rove.

It's UCSB, not USCB :P.

I live an hour away from UCSB, I would go to college there but they don't have an undergraduates degree in business ><. So instead I'm going to a CSU, and the only protests that happen at CSU is about freakin' budget cuts and how education is a "right". Plus, no important people ever visit CSUs.

That's bullshit. He has as much right to speak as anybody. The socialists are the group that uses violence and intimidation to silence their opposition. I don't care for Rove, but I'd fight against those that use these techniques to silence their enemies.

Why fight against war protesters trying to ask questions on their own campus ?

Great job . . . a very well done protest and a great youtube production from February 25, 2010 on the University of California at Santa Barbara campus.

All of ya' . . . the homemade posters of anti-war protesters like . . . NEOCON JOBS Iraq 911

A collection of the neocon guests gather on the Santa Barbara campus . . .
these neo-cons thought they'd hold their event on a free speech campus expecting submissive, obedient, sychophant students ?

I say let the neocons fear what their policies bring on to people's lives EVEN MORE -
they shouldn't mind if they were really acting righteous when others lives are in their hands.
President Eisenhower warned us about these very people.

"Because of security concerns you will not be allowed to ask questions"
"But the questions are pre-screened"

"We don't care about Republicans we don't care about Democrats . . . we care about war "
"We don't care about left we don't care about right . . . we care about war, people . . . we care about spending . . . and the economy

The Criminal's Guests
"Are you an Obama supporter ?" "No I do not support Obama, I do not support people who support war."

"Are you a Ron Paul person ?" "No I'm a person . . . a person against war."

I agree, I enjoy watching some of Karl Rove's speeches, even though I think some of his ideas are flawed, and some of his ethics are questionable.

If Ron Paul was widely accepted, he would get a similar treatment at the campus by those child socialists, although to a lesser degree since Dr. Paul comes off as non threatening and likable.

Karl Rove needs to feel the heat some . . .
he designs a campaign around no nation-building which leads the nation to financial collapse.

He deserves no reward or kindness as the mastermind behind the Rush/Hannity/Bush/Cheney/Runsfeld neo-con
ideas to snow people with a lie about limited government while
then needing to manufacture a need for more war, including now the need to borrow money abroad to help finance it all.

It is all to support the Wilsonian imperialistic interventionism that we will all be paying for for a long, long time - take it out of his hide.

He needs to run scared and so do his friends . . .
the masses need to call him and the neo-conservatives out even more on this - and will.

Here's a little something to think about--when I do something minor wrong, I feel ashamed and expect to be called out for it by my friends/family--and I'll actually prompt them to speak up about it so it can be done with.

If I did something so horrific that got people killed, maimed and was part of the destruction of this country, I'd fully expect to be torn to pieces, brutally. Why do we waste our manners on people who don't deserve them?

I think it's insecurity, for the most part, that they know something we don't know.
