Why would there be any problems? Beck has had Napolitano on his show plenty of times.

The "Oh Snap" is in regards to all the posts/discussion about the Judge and Beck since the Medina interview. With people wanting him to take over, etc. And this is the first time he will be on since that happened.

Reagan said that Libertarianism is the heart and soul of Conservatism. Instead, his quiz should answer whether you're a conservative, a neoconservative, or a liberal. Does Beck even know the difference between those things? Given that he occasionaly refers to himself as a Libertarian, I'm afraid of what those definitions might be!

This (Libertarian Quiz) is good. Love or Hate Beck, he's drawing A LOT of people to libertarian ways of thinking. That's a BIG TIME boost to our cause. It takes time to change one's views but he's planting seeds by the millions with this stuff. It's our job to carefully water and nourish those seeds along. Props to Beck for doing this.
