Why are so many women liberals? (assuming off the first two ladies in the first video) It frustrates me people are so uneducated, both men and women alike.

It's important to remember that 95+% of the average "people" are well intentioned and just misinformed or uninformed for all the various reasons we are all familiar with.

On the rare occasion where you can find a logical open minded liberal it's not too hard to slowly show them the light lol

The problem however is more often than not people are not capable of overcoming their cognitive dissonance which prevents them from absorbing "new" info.

It was a great episode. I'm glad Stossel finally did a topic that would upset some of his audience.

FDA and DEA should be abolished, they have no authority to exist under the constitution.

If the individual states deem it necessary they could have their own versions of these departments and it would be consitutional under the 10th amendment.

Exactly what I tell people -

Me: Do you believe the federal government should continue the War on Drugs?

Them: Yes, drugs are dangerous and bad.

Me: Let me ask you this - does the federal government have the authority from the Constitution, and our laws, to endorce national drug legislation?

Them: Well, uhh, blah blah....

Me: Let me ask you another question - you live in (insert state here). If there were no federal regulations, would you be willing to say "I support my state raising the sales tax to 30% so that we can pay our National Guard the money they need to keep any and all drugs out of our state! Furthermore, we'll pay a 20% property tax in order to prosecute violators of these drug laws who leave the state, in order to track them down wherever they might reside."

Agreed - I think that was the most convincing segment of the entire show (although the whole thing was awesome.)

This was the best episode yet!

I haven't been very familiar with Montel Williams, outside knowing about his daytime TV show, but I had no idea that he was so brilliant, and I was taken aback by his humanity, realness, and insight.

Montel has been very Pro pot for Years; (maybe a reason he lost his show???)
