As on most items regarding health, he is completely wrong on this. There is an enormous difference between an apple or orange that has been juiced versus soda that has had GMO sugar added to it. In other news, orange juice typically contains added sugar, which is not good. Look for the 100% juice juices, if they're organic, even better.
