McCain, facing a primary challenge for re-election to the Senate, picked up Romney's endorsement today. In a statement, the former Massachusetts governor says it's "hard to imagine the U.S. Senate without John McCain."

Why do the "Real Conservatives" love Romney so much when he CONTINUES to stab them in the back (don't forget ObamaCare in Mass.)?

Remember:

The Mittster was "supposed" to win the CONSERVATIVE CPAC Poll that was actually won by that other guy...you know, the one guy who won't go away ;)
