CNN is and always has been the worst of the propaganda networks. Thank god their ratings are in the toilet.

Biased or not, CNN broadcast the header "Ron Paul wins CPAC straw poll" for nearly half an hour after it was announced. Not as part of the ticker, but as a static feature of the lower tag section, during all interviews.
