As the Government is the serving head, it does not have an economy but sovereignty. It is the people, those at a severe disadvantage in relationship with government, who need an economy desperately and so as a consequence create one.
While the ruling government is sovereign in its affairs, the subordinate people own the purse. Therefore, for the sake of the people, this means the economy needs to be controlled.
Once again, while tyranny, the man, is recognized by his bright face, the prostitute, the dog, is faceless as she is recognized by her shameful behind. This is why an ashamed dog will sit down.
According to the natural law declared by our Founding Fathers, while by the flip of a coin each entity is born on opposite ends of the scale as an inversion of the other, the self evident and unalienable Truth reduces down to conclude otherwise. While reality had always manifest itself cruel in the Old World, the Truth established in the New World revealed the sovereign king and the trespassing prostitute as created equal with their souls seeking after the same exact business agenda.
If necessary tyranny serves as the head with sovereignty, then the people are the body owning not only all the property but also the purse (economy) as well. But because necessary tyranny is sovereign, this means the people's power in owning the economy is limited to it being controlled.
