Help! (with a Graphic)

I was posting on a trucker forum thread regards
Medina and the texas grassroots and found the
PERFECT graphic (well almost :) ) to capture the FIGHT
that the Teaparty/Patriot movement is in.....

It's PERFECT..... almost...
(can some TALENT get rid of the Football theme...
anybody have a 'vision' for him.... I don't know how to
put it to words.... and keep the 'Fight' in him?????

He could be a GREAT icon... no???? :D:D:D

it'd be pretty easy to get rid of the football itself, but then he'd still be in this weird crouch position with his arm reaching down to grab......what?

It'd be really hard (almost impossible, really) to change that without redrawing it entirely.

I don't hate the football theme at all, and I especially don't hate it in Texas. Maybe get a political cartoon artist to figure out how to label the football as the constitution?
