Look everybody, if you gotta get upset and take things personally and
get all wound up and make threads that call people out....

atleast keep it light and funny. all the anger is getting out of hand.

if you have an issue w/ a specific moderator, please take it to the PMs.

and if your thread get deleted, don't make it an excuse to wear
your heart on you sleeve..

sorry bradley, I don't know what kind of pants you find the
most comfortable at work or home... but i doubt you wear
hammer pants....

just like i doubt they'd take you over at fox news.

everyone:

take it easy!

Bradley is not a mod, so some people's anger is misdirected.

well he ain't a rocker.

(p.s. the "senior moderator" under his name would lead me to believe otherwise)

But then people cannot come by tomorrow and see the 12 page long discussion page that resulted from this page which will be removed later by a mod. Don't leave everyone else out of the fun, gosh, what a self centered jerk. I bet you don't even support Ron Paul. Would Ron Paul hog all the fun and excitement for him self, I don't think so! So why don't you leave you emo troll hippy bean bag humping freak!

aren't revolutionaries a bit crazy?

you know this all has me thinking, did the founding fathers have near knock down all out fights in the halls very often? I'd not be surprised if there were at least a few in private

I love how the mod comes in, and leaves this thread in teh "grass roots" forum.

Need to do some sub-forum name changing there Josh, leave this place as "other" and make a new sub-forum that you know ... actually is directly about grass roots "efforts" I suppose rather than mostly centering on "discussion"

Worked well for the news sub-forum I think, picked up a lot of traffic there now.

P.S. JoshLowry doesn't wear hammer pants. He wears hammer kilts!

yep.

bradley gave up his mod position.

Apparently he did and I for one am very disappointed in that fact. I realize that none of us liked to have our posts moved, but the fact is that some of them needed to be. We do a lousy job of self-moderating and at least attempting to put our posts in the proper areas of this forum. At different times, Ron Paul News or what is now, RP Grassroots Central, has been a dump for anything and everything. Threads flew off the screen, faster than they could be read. In some cases, we had to know that a given thread had nothing to do with RP, but we tossed it here anyway. If we can't self-moderate any better than this, it sure doesn't speak well of our "talk" about self-government, does it?

Bradley had been moderating the Campaign News section of this forum, since it was established a couple of weeks ago. For once, we had a place that was not allowed to be trashed by extraneous information. I found it helpful that we could actually expect to look there and find campaign news. Amazing, I know. Now that he is no longer a moderator, I guess this section of the forum will become meaningless too. As I fully expect to start seeing it become a dumping spot too.
