I know voting is done electronically in most places if not all, but how can we be sure the votes are being counted properly?

Is anything being done to ensure the legitimacy of the vote count?

Are paper ballots available or is it a precinct by precinct thing where some will be available and some won't...?

for Debra Medina and it felt really good.

Lots of Medina signs at my polling place.

I went out last night and put signs at five polling locations.

Ok, lets see how all this plays out...

There is a campaign for Ten for Texas--getting 10 people to vote for Deb and asking those people to do the same--and when you do you feel out there info and e-mail it to your area coordinator. At least those names and contact info will be documented. It's something at least.

Will we get early results tonight?

Getting early results would be real cool, but that's not how it's done in other states I think. Correct me if I'm wrong.
