The people who think the most powerful agency in the world which has time and time again demonstrated willingness to lie, cheat, steal, and kill orchestrated 9/11, or the people who think a bunch of Muslim kids pulled it off under the supervision of a man who was never even charged for it by the FBI due to a "lack of evidence"?
