I don't know the Southern Avenger. I guess it depends on the definition of conservative you are using but as far as liberty friendly that I hear in my area Id rate talk show hosts like this.

I actually think Medved is more neo-conservative than Hannity and Levin, but he comes off as more reasonable and less a raving lunatic.
