Nevermind that the 1st successful use of nullification was to nullify the Fugitive Slave Laws, thereby giving escaped slaves the hope of freedom by making it into the northern States which had nullified the Federal Law. Man I wish I could have been their. See, this is what I hate. I have honestly not seen a great answer to the "nullification allowed slavery" beyond the fact that nullification helped slaves escape to the north. I think the best is that you don't have the fed over the states or the states over the fed outlined, but rather have them kinda separate but equal. Let the clash of ideas prove the winner.
