I will not sit idly by while these tea party fools moan on and on about supposed attacks on their “liberty” when the real beast that threatens us is an out of control private health insurance market and not the Federal government.

The intra-tea party kerfuffle is quite entertaining – a tea party activist from Dandridge, about 40 miles away from me, called the Nashville conclave a “bunch of snakes.”

how exciting!!

Looks like AlterEgo got lost on the way to Democratic Underground. She took a right instead of a left at the buy gold ad.

I watched the one guy on C=span, and thought international business republician.
I listened to Palin great speech, if she wasn't campaigning for McCain
and the GOP absorbing ideas of the Tea party. RED ALERT

Lol that's cute. I thought you were going to talk about there flaws in foreign policy, but instead you make some odd interpretation that there is actually a free-market in health care and that's what is destroying liberty.

Tell me...how exactly is the federal government not out of control when most of these regulations that deter any type of competition in the health care industry are actually co-opted by major health care insurance providers? How is the federal government not part of that problem when they accept bribes from major corporations to regulate/fine the shit out of smaller businesses?

This is one of the most frustrating things when arguing with liberals. They think free markets are tyrannical, and government regulations enhance freedom.

I just want to know, how the fuck forcing me to pay for insurance is going to "save" me money?

I don't have health insurance. My health insurance costs are $0 a year. Forcing me to buy health insurance will invariably cost me much much more.

I mean, obviously I can't win on the morality or constitutionality points, but can I at least point out that it will literally not save me any money, no matter what they do, no matter how well it works?

Poor fool has no idea that the out of control private health insurance market employ our Federal Government. In-fact they and the phama's wrote the health care bill that no one in the Senate has read (except for Ron Paul, lolol...)
