The recent haul of $5 million has pretty much gotten the attention of all the major media outlets. Until this Paul was often ignored. Even his $2.4 mil in the previous quarter didn't get close to as much attention.

I think crying foul about the lack of attention won't be as frequent from now on, though I am sure there will still be some negative press.

Of course this only means we all have to work just as hard or harder to get the word out as it has all paid off up to this point.

Ideally we want Paul's popularity to continue to ascend and then peak just as the primaries roll around, though obviously the closed primaries present a problem with that idea.. Still, I've seen many candidates in the past peak too early and then fade. I don't want to see Paul become an overnight sensation(unless it is on election day), but rather a sure steady push to victory..

An excellent point sir. In my view it's really hard to quantify how much coverage Dr. Paul gets vs. some of the other not-huge-money candidate. After the Iowa debate Dr. Paul answered a question about the proclaimed lack of equal media coverage. He basically said that, if this is the case there isn't much you can do about it on their terms but we must set our own terms by having a strong showing- "We have to show" he said, that was in reference to the Iowa Straw Poll but the same still applies. The $5 million intake is certainly a strong showing and if we do $12 million next quarter we will truly be with all the others.

Overall it would seen that it's not productive to worry about their coverage and instead spread the message of Dr. Paul as outlined in this thread:
