That's not bad.

It shows steady progress. 8% before the first debate, 12% after it, and 16% after the second.

If she continues to improve over the next four weeks and eats away at both Perry and Hutchinson, poll numbers could become more like Perry - 40; Medina - 26; Hutchinson - 24; Undecided - 10; by election day. And I have to believe that Medina's supporters are the most zealous and likely to vote, which means that she would make it into a runoff with Perry if she does gain that much in time.

This is what I don't get.

Eighty percent (80%) of likely primary voters have a favorable opinion of Perry. Sixty-seven percent (67%) say the same about Hutchison, and 50% are that upbeat about Medina.

Why do so many like Perry? Has Texas forgot about the whole "toll road" fiasco and his attempt for force little girls to take Gardissil?

It's Rasmussen aka FOX NEW NEOCON polling aka Fuck You Frank Lutz charade stats.

What does SurveyUSA and PPP have for the political numbers? They're the most accurate and independent.

Perry's contrived one liner about secession got all of the gullible yahoos in line....

Texans are like most Americans. Most of them just aren't paying any attention- they stumble through life in blissful ignorance and vote for the name they recognize (Perry and George W. Bush before him).

Considering the debates were likely not widely watched because they running against "important" shows like "American Idol," Debra's rise in the polls based on her performance in the debates is nothing short of stunning.

She's got to get out and spend that money. The other candidates are actively using it on ads, while she is only able to get a few in select cities. Now's the time to spend everything on beating KBH!
