Michael, Is There Room in the Principles Office for One More?

The disparagement of Constitutional Conservatives by organized political groups has become so pervasive over the years that it is hardly surprising that we would be less than completely trusting when it comes to alliances with them. Given then the initial responses from the C4L to grass-roots inquiries about their dealings in the Colorado races, it seemed that a classic betrayal was in the offing. However, the forthcoming and gracious apologies and explanations from both Jesse Benton and Ronnie Paul has removed all doubt about the innocent nature of the mistake and cast in stark relief the sharper edges of my hasty words criticizing the C4L. Most regrettable of all, and for which I offer my sincerest and unqualified apologies, was my singling out of John Tate due to his status as the leader of the C4L.

If he wins an election, they'll eat him alive.

I lost respect for RJ months ago when he attacked Rand for nothing other than his own personal gain.

This apology was a step in the right direction though.
