Benton said the ad was supposed to be like, "Ken Buck took our survey and got a 95. Thank him for taking our survey and make sure the other candidates take it too," but instead sounded like an endorsement.

There seems, to me, to be a vast difference between those two. So I'd like to know who wrote the script for the ad.
