DEBT: $333,914

http://i47.tinypic.com/ff7fo9.jpg

While the cash on hand may look high, remember this comes from a $250,000 loan (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=225252) to his campaign, most likely just done for the aesthetic value.

Pay special attention though to how much he has from indivduals: $22,692

At the end of the third quarter it was $17,801.

In short, Johnson took in a grand total of $4,891 from people other than himself in the fourth quarter.

Well technically if you loan to yourself, that isn't debt.. :D

Bill is a rich oil company neo-con self funding attacks on Rand Paul.

This number you've highlighted clearly shows why he is polling at 2% ..... a clear lack of support!

Wow, even if he paid back his own loan, he'd still be over $75,000 in debt.

Sounds like fiscal conservatism to me!

How much is this guy worth?

I don't know, but I distinctly remember that "mommy" chick saying that the $250,000 Johnson loaned his campaign is his "life savings."

If Palin endorses Rand Paul, Mommy will have to ditch Palin.

I don't even like Palin or care what she thinks, but it would be funny to have her endorse Rand just to watch her freak out over it.

Well technically if you loan to yourself, that isn't debt.. :D

the reason they do it that way is so that they can pay themselves back with other donors money.
they could outright donate the money to their campaign and it wouldn't be considered debt or they can loan the money to their own campaign and if they get a huge influx of donations they can pay themselves back.

He is going to endorse Grayson soon I bet.

He's got too much debt and it's too late in the game for him to get going.

He's Trey's hitman at this point.

Confirmed today:

Johnson said he has spent $130,000 — about half his life's savings, on the campaign. He's prepared to spend the other half, he said.

It took him a lifetime to save up $250,000. It's only going to take a few months to through it away! It's just not enough to run a state-wide race. I would assume a state-wide media buy is at least $200,000, and it's going to take more than one to compete. Especially, when no-one knows who you are!

I wonder how his wife feels watching him piss away his life savings, don't they have children? This guy is a nut-case.

Is Billy a birther?

How much is Alan Keyes getting paid?

not too bright, Jill..

hopefully he'll be reimbursed in full by the Grayson campaign.. though that could be in question now on account of Bohnson's poor performance and awful ability to defame Rand Paul..

TREY GRAYSON strikes me as a guy who if he goes into a place, he has an exist strategy.
given that easily almost all the $600,ooo+ campaign war*chest is "Other People's Money"
and that its big enuff for him to run for the governor's mansion, i assume that mr. grayson
is not as fiscally over-extended as is poor Bill Johnson. if "Kentuck Bill' has to get a political
fever out of his system, even if Trey Grayson stays in the race longer than he needs to, poor
Kentuck*Bill is paying for the privilege of running & feeling patriotic or even messianically biblical?
