I think Art Laffer has an opportunity to redeem himself: I was reading online about Debra Medina and landed in the study which her property tax proposal was based on.
Arthur Laffer contributed to that study. Maybe he should appear in a Medina tv ad supporting her tax plan. It would be a win-win.
