Not signing a pledge to follow constitutional law should automatically disqualify a candidate. And she better not give us "why bother? I have to take an oath to be sworn in. That should be good enough."

Even if she eventually signs it, she should still be raked over the coals for even having to think about it.

Obviously, her million dollar consultants have calculated that her expected cash profit from using torture as a president, will exceed the expected loss of probability to become a president by not signing this...

It is not to be confused with the American Freedom Agenda Pledge, which is even more demanding. Ron Paul was the first presidential candidate to sign the Freedom Agenda pledge. I think it's telling that Clinton won't even sign the Freedom Campaign pledge, whereas our guy has signed onto something a lot less wishy-washy and vague.
