I thought it was good. Tucker is really saying a lot of stuff tongue in cheek. He's being sly about getting Paul some airtime.

Those comments were totally tongue and cheek. He was being completely sarcastic trying to make a point. I thought it was very positive.

Way to go Tucker. Defending Ron Paul with sarcasm and logic. That was an excellent piece of psychology.

He should stop talking about Huckabee being ahead of RP but yeah he is giving him worthy exposure. At least Bill Press speaks honestly and plainly about him.

We need to lighten up a little bit, sometimes reporters are just joking around.

Wow, you guys are absolutely right. Tucker is totally making fun of what the media portrays as "mainstream" America! This is wonderful!

guy? Completely reasonable. I think ole Tuck is parsing his words for now trying to keep a job. I can deal with " a little kooky" what genius is'nt? But Tucker slipped into "we all agree we are headed towards socialism" the government can take care of your kids better? I sure bet that was meant to piss people off, in a reverse psychology kinda way.

I just am so tired of the comments that he can't win or he isn't running to win. I really am. :(

Those who arent familiar with RP won't know that its sarcasm. They will take it all at face value. For that reason, I dont like Tucker's remarks.

Well, in my opinion, even ambiguous media coverage is a GOOD thing. The only kind that isn't is outright false statements and slander.

Where's that, here's to the dreamers video, to show what kooky can accomplish.

Thats what they said and he just played along. "I admire that guy" is all we need to know.

I once saw Tucker at the airport, we were on the same flight, and waiting for our baggage in the same area. It was right after the whole Jon Stewert Crossfire thing so since I hadn't been exposed to him before, I really didn't have a positive impression of him. I wish I knew then of his libertarian leanings because I would have tried to talk with him. He was with his family and they looked like they had just gotten back from the Polo grounds or a Harvard club or something. He had a blazer with jeans and sandles on and his wife and two cute daughters had what could only be described as sun dresses.

Man, it's so clear I can't believe you guys can't see it.

Tucker's playing a role here. It's obvious that he loves Ron Paul; he's the only one who's been giving him constant coverage from day one.

But he's now trying to keep that from becoming too obvious, so every once in a while he throws a bone to the people who think Ron is "kooky" or "can't win".

Meanwhile, he's mentioning Ron Paul time and time again, giving him more coverage than anybody else, and saying things like Ron is the only one who wants to roll back socialism.

Tucker's not trying to get pats on the back from hardcore Ron Paul supporters. He's just trying to reach those who aren't yet sold on the whole Ron Paul thing.

Step off of Tucker's foot and let him do his thing, for goodness' sake.

Yep, Tucker is a sly little fox and I like it! A few months ago they wouldn't even be talking about him being a spoiler! We've come a long way and Tucker is trying to help Dr. Paul to get to the next level. He agrees with that Bill guy that Ron Paul is the real thing and I'm glad that they got into the segment that non-intervention and fiscal responsibility are traditional conservative positions. You didn't notice the jab at Hillary and socialism? Tucker is brilliant and one of our biggest allies! Don't turn your back on him or he may turn his back on us! Instead of railing on Tucker, let us all unite in the name of liberty!!!!

tucker finds the unthinking hillaryites repulsive, you can see it in what he says.

he thinks of people like himself and ron paul as intellectual elites, and everyone else as c+ to F student morons zerging towards communism.

i can't necesarilly disagree with that.

Bingo bango, we still have name recognition problems, so anything but outright destructive media is fantastic for us.

Tucker pulled a "Snuffy" on us. Does anyone else find it pleasantly surprising that dyed-in-the-wool DNC Democrat Bill Press was the only one of the three to pay more than "lip-service" to Ron?!

There's a serious turn for the better on our horizon, guys! Ron Paul is crossing boundaries and making his mark everywhere, even picking up some unexpected ideological bedfellows. He clearly DOES have a shot at winning, and even the media is (tacitly) admitting this now!!!

The times they are a changin'!!!

It's not the first time Bill Press has been pro-Ron Paul.

Exactly, Tucker loves RP but he's also a journalist, he has to SEEM to be objective... he can't say "I love RP, I love RP" every day on the show. The fact he talks about him so much and gives a positive comment every now and then is great.

You can't go from NO PRESS on a guy to loving him to death. The MSM will slowly embrace him with pieces like these, and if we show more cash raised and on hand in 4Q they will be all over him anointing him the new top tier.
