I sure hope Rand runs for Congress. He's seems just as knowledgeable and even has the same speech patterns as his pop.

yeah, I can tell he's a hardcore libertarian, Rand Paul was criticizing the speed limit laws on a radio show lol

He lives in KY, I think. They could use a good libertarian/republican house rep.
