If it was a joke, it's no laughing matter

the timing of this quip as the supreme court
takes the laws back to 1890 is quite curious...

What I'm in Awe of is the liberals can see when fear is being used when the start war, but they can't see the fear here when it's about freedom of speech.

They constantly use the word "corporation" to scare people and it's working.

The Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution is only an aspect of the "More perfect government" or "Necessary Tyranny" established by our Founding Fathers to rule over the people. The people's Civil Purpose, the natural law and the self evident and unalienable Truth justifying the people's divorce from a rightful king ordained by the Almighty, supercedes all aspects of the legal precedents of the "Necessary Tyranny."
If the best any government can be is an imperfect tyranny, then the people cannot depend on it to govern itself. Therefore, the natural law becomes necessary. This natural law comes directly from God and should be held primary in importance by every American even more so than the U.S. Costitution, the supreme law of the land.
In this way, our leaders are held in check by fear of God's judgement.

Corporations scared Americans into the Boston Tea Party and a constitution that does not allow national corporations.

Rahm's abilites as Chief of Staff are overrated. he's predicted to be gone by the end of the year (and it's reported that he doesn't like the job).

so long, Rahm, it won't be soon enough. guess he'll be cashing in on his connections.

Ok, it's a mistake, I won't argue with that but so was the Iraq war. I'm still not willing to give up my rights for a mistake. And doesn't this encourage more mistakes so they can take more rights away to fix them?

Rahm is overrated and so are most of the people who have their positions just because they are friends with him - most notably Peter Orszag.

The video is a six-second soundbyte. Is there a transcript or more video of what happened next?

I think it's actually relatively rare for a WH Chief of Staff to last for more than 2 years... so I wouldn't read too much into it if he goes.

However, he's obviously not accomplished anything that he was expected to in that capacity, and I'm pretty sure he's only consistently made people more likely to hate Barack Obama, by association. Probably if he were really doing as good of a job as he was expected to, he maybe wouldn't be going...
