Guiliani had 25 minutes to speak at the Defending the American Dream Summit. Whereas, Dr. Paul had 10 minutes and was cut off by music. See below.

I'm sure Ron Paul got more out of his 10 minutes than Giuliani got in his 25 minutes. All Giuliani talks about is 9/11, 9/11, 9/11... terrorism, terrorism, terrorism... I cut crime, I cut crime, I cut crime... etc. etc.

How much time did Thompson, Romney, and Brownback get?

If even Brownback got more time, then yeah, there is an issue here.

Also, I thought there was also going to be a question and answer format to this forum - no?

Check the schedule, they planed it so that he would only have 10 minutes while Brownback got 15 and Huckabee 20!

Please email them at info@afphq.org and show your DISGUST at how they cut off Ron Paul!

We really need audio or video evidence that this did in fact happen...not that I'm doubting it but it's not a story until there is proof.

New story at MSNBC: http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2007/10/05/399674.aspx

/QUOTE/Along with being alone in his choice of “adornment,” Giuliani was also the only candidate allowed to speak for more than 20 minutes, roughly 24 minutes to be precise. Thompson, who was the only one to bring his wife on stage, spoke for 18 minutes. As previously noted on First Read, Ron Paul was pushed off the stage with exit music after speaking for 12 minutes, while Sam Brownback and Mike Huckabee were each afforded roughly 8 minutes. /UNQUOTE/

The part with the music in the background was really bad. Paul got the most applause and this would have been a VERY good and strong speech without this moments.

And Thompson spurns the national press...sheesh. I don't think he really wants to win.
