I would take a poll before I filled out the Census. I know what the Constitution says about the Census but it is no longer being used for it's purpose so it's outside the confines of the Constitution and no longer valid. I wouldn't be happy about someone smacking me in the face with the Constitution either. Well maybe. If it's truly the original.

the whole point of the census is to determine population for apportionment of congressmen and direct taxes right?

but we froze the level of representatives years ago and we certainly dont impose direct taxes on anybody.,. so whats the point now?

oh yeah, i guess they need to GPS our homes.
