Apparenly a bill is winding its way through the senate to raise the debt ceiling by 1.9 trillion or so. What if the Republicans blocked it? I seriously doubt they will, but what if - just asking the quesiton.
Would our credit rating be shot? Would they have to slash government programs? What do you think?
