This is ridiculous. Look at the explanations what they take as parameters.
RP is fourth.

I see being a theocrat is something to stive for these days.. I guess they couldn't put Alan Keyes on there, he'd be off the charts.. 1-10, he'd be a 15..

Bah his scoring and such is not too bad there, and it says he is 2nd to huckabee in polling on that issue, so seems to be a moot point.

People can see a shining beacon of integrity and truth when evaluating him.

When I first saw that chart and noticed that Brownback not only wasn't 10/10 theocrat but also had a "secular" score than Ron, I knew it was absolute garbage. They probably just made up the numbers as they went along.
