I am sick of hearing about this Tea Party convention.
Ron Paul and CFL should hold a Rally for the Republic in 2010 (say September) at a major convention hall like he did in 2008, we can invite speakers and liberty candidates again.
This would be a great lead into the November elections and help raise their profile
Good idea or not?

Why not early 2011 when he kicks off his presidential campaign?

I'd like to see another as well, especially after Rally for the Republicans, which may be an excellent event tarnished by a poor choice of title.

I think he is already doing this with the CFL gatherings. That said, having a larger gathering with other liberty advocates every other year would be a good thing, imo.

where would be a good place to hold something like this for maximum possible attendance?
Minnesota again?

Yes, and have it at the Nashville Arena and get some headliner bands.
Same Days at the NEOCON branch of the Tea Party at the Grand Ole Opry.

I vote Minnesota again.:D
My county government knows me now, and I am itching to see what they do If another Ronstock gives them the finger again.
(The health services director got sacked, btw, remember him?)
