That's why I could never be a politician. The hypocrisy, the 3rd grade rhetorical discourse - it's insane. But politics is all about power. Integrity doesn't enter the picture.

I don't think Brown is going to win. The democratic machine in MA realized what is at stake here and will figuratively force the democratic rank and file to the polls. Since this election has turned into a referendum on Obama care it has even more impact than that magic 60 vote number. If the moderate democrats see an anti Obama care senator win in MA, in the seat that Kennedy held, the very Kennedy that the democrats dedicated the healthcare passage too, they may think twice about voting for it themselves being that they are mostly from more conservative states.
