Ok, the beginning of the video talks about an important concept (perverse incentive) that I try to explain when talking about Larry Silverstein and his god damn insurance fraud with the wtc buildings.

He tried to insure it for the perceived value of his investment rather than the cost of the investment. Total bullshit, I don't know why he was trying to get away with that bullshit on such a massive scale.
