I'm guessing my homemade, yellow notepad w/black marker saying
"12"
with clear tape covering the whole "sticker" won't work?

I've done this to my, knew I was saving them for a reason, RP '08 signs--put them on crooked on purpose....

I could really churn them out if I really had to..........lololol:D

BTW, the comments I got ranged from "spiffy" and "I wish I'd done that!"

Well, I can but you may not like it. This guy runs a plate process press, so it's not really cost effective until you get north of 500 pieces. Once you hit 2500 you'll be paying something like 10% of what an ordinary printer will charge for each, but at 50 pieces most of the money goes into making the plates, and so it would cost MORE than a "normal" printer.

ETA -- I got 5000 rounds and paid something like 250

Yeah, see, StickerGuy charges $834 for what I got for $250 -- BUT you have to get stupid quantities to make it worth it. Once you get the plates made all you really pay for is ink and vinyl. So where I got 5000 for $250, I would have gotten 1000 for $225, or 100 for $200. See what I mean? If you are under 500 pieces, sticker guy will likely be less expensive.

OK, I'll get quotes for full size glossy UV protected bumper stickers in various quantities during the day tomorrow. 11x3 you say? I believe both of your designs were 2 colors on white vinyl. Exact same as mine, 2 colors on white vinyl. So in reality I'll only have to quote one design and it will apply to mine and both of yours.

I need to get this quote for my bumper stickers anyway.

Bear in mind that glossy UV protect etc etc which is required for a bumper sticker will be more than the rounds that I got, which had no such weather protection.

But I'll get quotes for 1000 2000 and 3000 and we'll see how that turns out. 8-)

which party? the gop?? i think not if the lp? then no. i like gary johnson but he does not have the credibliity that Ron Paul has, maybe a vp......

if gary johnson wins the gop nomination then i could support him. if he wins the lp. then i will weigh my vote depending on what is happening in 2012....

I will pick Ron Paul over Gary johnson, now if Ron Paul endorsed gary i will consider voting for him..
which party are you talking about for gary johnson??

what does gary johnson have to do with ron paul stickers??? now if you like everytime you havea gary johnson thread i can ron paul it if you like;)

Thanks for your amazing explanation. I happen to believe that he will run unless something befalls his wife. I have some good sources on that information, and the more of us who start working now, the more enivitable his 2012 run will be. We should sign bomb, bumper sticker bomb, make some videos (I'm currently making one), and all other sorts of things to know he has a much greater base than he did in 2007.

Let's face it. Gary Johnson has no chance of winning in 2012, and Gary is not nearly as radical as Ron Paul. No one is interested in Gary precisely for those reasons. Woo-hooo he wants to legalize drugs (Awesome, I'm all for this), but other than that he holds little to no radical positions. We are in the midst of a revolution not a luke warm change of pace. NO IRS. NO FED. NO SS. NO FDA. NO CIA. NO FBI. OUT OF UN. OUT OF NATO. PULL ALL TROOPS HOME.

Johnson does not excite me, and I know a lot of others who feel the same way. I bet though that Thomas Paine and Patrick Henry excited a whole hell of a lot of people. Radicals for Liberty or go home. :D

He has more credibility than Paul did in 2008, and look at what Paul managed to do with it. Gary Johnson is younger and more charismatic. With the lessons from 08 he can credibly parlay that into a nomination. Paul, on the other hand, is not up to a 2012 run.

if gary johnson wins the gop nomination then i could support him. if he wins the lp. then i will weigh my vote depending on what is happening in 2012....

It would be a GOP run.

I don't contest that Ron Paul may run. I just don't think it's wise for him to do so.

Nobody is looking for radical change. We, perhaps, would like radical change. But you need to accept that the American people are not going to go for massive, radical change. The kind of change that Johnson suggests on his PAC site is radical enough - he's hardly a status quo politician, but the GOP primary voters and the electorate in general will never vote for "libertarianism tomorrow".

Johnson does not excite me, and I know a lot of others who feel the same way. I bet though that Thomas Paine and Patrick Henry excited a whole hell of a lot of people. Radicals for Liberty or go home. :D

Revolution is a cutesy name for the Constitutional Conservative movement, but I hope you don't expect an actual revolution. Political change will occur "inside the box" because that's where the electorate wants it to happen. We want a candidate who will push at the boundaries of that box, but not a candidate who exists far outside the box.

OK, the quote from late last year for 1 color on white vinyl for real bumper stickers was as follows (at my cost)

3"x11 1/2" Bumper Sticker
one color on white vinyl
1,000=$.32ea. total at $320
2,500=$.20ea. total at $500
5,000=$.14ea. total at $700
10,000=$.11ea. total at $1,100

Am currently awaiting quote on 2 color on white vinyl bumper stickers current to January 2010. Note that UV-protected glossy weatherproof vinyl is certainly more expensive than my paper rounds, as I said it would be.

see if we can raise 1,100 and then those who donated can figure out how it is divided????

for anyone interested i do have a nice 6x12 enclosed trailer, if someone is willing to wrap it in Ron Paul 2012 etc etc. i will make sure it is hooked up and going everywhere in central colorado and front range. i should be able to cover the extra gas charges the trailer costs, if anyone is interested?? just let me know.
