I Agree with what Sherman says here.
That is that not to concentrate on just some emails, but to investigate the Fed it's self.
He does say he would like to see the emails at the end of the interview though but the point he was trying to make was valid.

Ratigan was being way too confrontational with Sherman. They basically agreed on the underlying issues, it's just Ratigan was under the assumption that we have the authority to see emails at Goldman. Sherman pointed out that congress never gave itself the authority to do so, which is true.
