The famed Yale Skull and Bones society, whose members include former President George W. Bush and 2004 Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry, will auction off some prized trophies at a New York auction this month.

A human skull, which was used as a ballot box that once belonged to Yale’s mysterious Skull and Bones secret society, will be auctioned off in New York on Jan. 22 by Christie’s Auction House, according to The Canadian Press (http://www.google.com/hostednews/canadianpress/article/ALeqM5iyWAYwXojgtPz3Sg0aBfDn-PCRIg). The skull has a hinge on it and surrounded by crossbones with one of the bones stating the word “THOR.”

Whoever purchases the Skull and Bones possession will get a black book with names and photographs of members from 1831 to 1877, reports the Raw Story (http://rawstory.com/2010/01/grisly-skull-bones-trophies-auctioned/). Christie’s has agreed to keep the person’s name anonymous but described the person to be a European art collector.

Christie’s said, “The ballot box and documents offer a rare glimpse into an organization in which membership has evolved into a closely guarded secret.”
The Epoch Times notes that the item is expected to sell for between $10,000 and $20,000.

Former members of the organization include Austan Goolsbee, Chief Economist of President Barack Obama's Economic Recovery Advisory Board, former 2004 Democratic Presidential candidate and Senator from Massachusetts John Kerry, former Presidents George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush and William Howard Taft, Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations Winston Lord, Pulitzer Prize winner David McCullough, former United States Senator Prescott Bush, founder of the National Review William F. Buckley Jr. and many other powerful elites of the establishment.

Geronimo's Kin Sue Skull and Bones Over Remains

Geronimo's descendants sue Yale's Skull and Bones society, claiming it has his stolen remains

ABC News
February 18, 2009

Geronimo's descendants have sued Skull and Bones — the secret society at Yale University linked to presidents and other powerful figures — claiming that its members stole the remains of the legendary Apache leader decades ago and have kept them ever since.

The federal lawsuit filed in Washington on Tuesday — the 100th anniversary of Geronimo's death — also names the university and the federal government.

Geronimo's great-grandson Harlyn Geronimo said his family believes Skull and Bones members took some of the remains in 1918 from a burial plot in Fort Sill, Okla., to keep in its New Haven clubhouse, a crypt. The alleged graverobbing is a longstanding legend that gained some validity in recent years with the discovery of a letter from a club member that described the theft.
...

According to lore, members of Skull and Bones — including former President George W. Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush — dug up his grave when a group of Army volunteers from Yale were stationed at the fort during World War I, taking his skull and some of his bones.

where do you think he gets $$$$ from? us, and I wouldn't be saying he has enough because he has sunk money into new facilities, etc.

that is, unless you have inside information about his bank balances, lifestyle, etc.
that you can give us.

do you?

No, he gets it from his advertisers. But I wasn't trying to turn it into an AJ thread. He's on mainstream tv now. I assure you he's doing just fine financially.
