Zero to my knowledge, but I don't think the public would perceive it the same way. Even if he made some mistakes as an ophthalmologist, it would probably be considered an unfortunate mistake, while something like this would be considered a conscious, calculated act of evil.

That is totally worth bringing up.

I hate scum that do this to swoop in on an estate (it happens alot too).

Wow. I didn't know he was really this much of an a**hole. Since it was a legal matter that brought his integrity into question I think you can justify using this.
