What an awesome institution! The doctor here sees and cures an amazing 8 eye cataract patients per hour! What's more? Half of those surgeries are free! Now that's health care!

That's normal.

I watched a documentary where a doctor was allowed into North Korea to preform that surgery and he went through hundreds of people in hours, it's pretty easy I guess.

I saw that video at National Geographic, as soon as the people were cured they went to a picture of Kim Jong-il and started bowing to it and thanking him for curing them.

Of course she couldn't, but she would honor his ability. I am not an Objectivist cult member, but I credit Atlas Shrugged with me being a libertarian because it made me realize that liberty is an absolute value.

Sorry. I didn't get the reference. He may not be able to do it as fast, but it is probable that he would do a damn good job.
