I have a question about polution.
What if one person's provate property have a river in it.
But the river travels to another's as well.
Does the first person get to say, "It is in my land so I can polute as much as I want"?
Or does the second person say, "Your polution affects me so you can't do it"?
What about an even odder question?
What if the first person just wants to take a sip of water from the river in his property?
That also affects the destination person?
