Wow. That was an excellent interview. No attacking. No smearing. Ron was friendly and cool. I enjoyed it.

You can tell Ron is practicing what he preaches. He's enjoying himself. Following by example improves humans, following by force reduces us.

I'm glad he finally got to address the isolationism thing. I'm getting tired of hearing that.

Blitzer is such an Operation Mockingbird / AIPAC stooge. You've got a constitutional scholar in the situation room and he just parrots the same "2% in the polls" "third party candidacy" talking points.

Blitzer has no credibility.

great interview

glad to see him clear up the isolationist argument

Very enjoyable and Wolf was good with him.

I wish Paul would have snuck in his Straw poll success when asked about the low poll numbers, and how the majority of his support base were not registered Republicans as of the last primary, so they are not even being called.

Oh Well. People will see that link when they go to his sight, and We KNOW they see his Awesome " get out there and Vote" support when they go to the straw polls.

Interesting to learn that he thinks he resonates closest with Tancredo.

I loved it when he said that he and Rudy disagree on everything.

Watch this one!:)

I agree-this is definetly something he NEEDS to start emphasizing as the MSM only reports these results when one of the top tier wins one.

I'm glad Ron Paul pointed out that Rudy Giuliani doesn't care deeply about individual privacy and civil rights issues.

That comment was money!

"...They've grown accustomed to compromising the constitution..."

Damn, that's the way to do it Doc.

All other candidates have grown accustomed to compromising the constitution, except for Ron Paul. Brilliant!

I like how he tried to grab all the Tancredo supporters at the end there.

Brilliant!!

ya, smart move. If he picked one of the "front runners" or even Huckabee he would have lost respect of those who would consider him. "Oh, I'll just vote for /them/ then." But he said he's friends with Tancredo, no blowback with that! :)

Ditto on goodness of the interview.

Wolf was good, he asked questions that were discussed by others and gave Ron an opportunity to respond to each. Bringing up things like "isolationist" or "low poll numbers" is not an attack, its a standard, "but people say BLANK, what do you have to say about that?" question.

Ron looked good and answered pretty good as well.

Didn't even catch the trying to catch Tancredo votes bit ... I thought he just names lower level people who he's "friends" with or who he shares one aspect of philosophy with and has worked with. Said basically the same thing Re:Kucinich before.

I think it dawned on me best a day ago when reading an article that stated (paraphrasing) 'he's not as crazy as people think he is, in fact if he's crazy anything he's crazy like a fox, and understands politics better than anyone gives him credit for and others should watch out' Edit: link here http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1007/6158.html
