In the ideal society, laws, rules and regulations are passed for the greater happiness of the people. When seeing this, the people in response are happy obeying.
When the focus turns from obeying the laws, rules, and regulations for the sake of happiness to that of behaving for the sake of responsibility, then tyranny gets its ugly foot hold in the door. The legal process will then corrupt and erode to that of tyranny which is the cruel reality of pimping and whoring.
As I've mentioned before, true tyranny has three aspects to it not just the notion that it has masters and slaves. The worst kind of slavery also produces a third class of outcaste untouchables.
In our present day corrupt society, laws are not dispensed equally for all. In other words, while laws are pure when they are legislated, they become corrupted by the policy in how they are administered. While the attorney-protected master class is rarely penalized for the serious crimes they commit and the servant class is only moderately penalized, tyranny will use the law in an attempt to persecute the outcaste untouchable class out of business. This persecution is then bless not just by the master class but by the servant class as well. The result isn't just awful, but the effect leads to the phenomenon of dynasties -- a thousand years of outer darkness.
As our Founding Fathers wrote tyranny in as representd by a fallen king, we should write the outcaste untouchable class as represented by "we the people . . . " or by a prostitute with her representing the lowest rated slave.
Even today, Slavic women are still being kidnapped off the street by organized crime to be sold into a world wide prostitution ring. This is the same organized crime or the same tyranny that our Founding Fathers confronted: it being an organization of good and bad men working together with the intentions of prostituting the people.
