In TN...nullification = racism!

One of the most liberty minded legislators in Tennessee, Rep Susan Lynn, was practically labeled a racist by Rep Mike Turner (D) because she has advocated the TN legislature nullifying Obama's health care bill and possibly also nullifying other unconstitutional legislation. Rep Turner's remarks essentially tried to tie state nullification to the idea of slavery after Rep Lynn appeared yesterday on the Mike Church satellite radio show. Rep Susan Lynn is rumored to be running for State Senate next year.
