Hi,

I got a message about this Money Bomb being planed for Roy Moore in Alabama: http://itstimeformoore.com

I got the e-mail from a friend of mine who was also a big Ron Paul fan. I am going to sign up, and thought you might be interested too.

Hi, I got to thinking I should post at least part of the e-mail. So here it is:

As we all know, we have been slowly walking down the road of socialism and government control for years and year, but now it is absolutely undeniable. Young and old, rich and poor alike are all realizing that we are in desperate need of good leaders. We are in desperate need of leaders that will stand boldly for the constitution that our founding fathers fought and died for. We are in desperate need of leaders who understands how the free market (and not government regulation) made our nation great. We are in desperate need of leaders that understand that our rights come from the great God who made us and not from the government (because if that were the case the government would be justified to take them away at will). We need leaders who stand firm on principle and will not back down in the face of danger or intimidation.

It is because I recognize these needs that I am very proud to support Roy Moore for governor of the state of Alabama. I believe his is the very definition of these qualities and will shine as an example for the entire nation to see. I am sure you do not agree with Roy Moore on every issue, but he is a Constitutionalist who will stand for state's rights. He will also do his best to kill Real ID and NAIS in the state of Alabama. They say that, “A man anywhere, is an example to boys everywhere” – and that is exactly what I see in Roy Moore. A man. A man of God. A man of character. A man who still believes in the constitution. A man of whose making is scarcely found.

I am writing you because I am organizing a national Internet fundraiser (“money-bomb”) on his behalf (go to www.itstimeformoore.com for complete details). The idea is to have patriots from all over the country all donate to his campaign on December 31st. This message is going out to thousands of people around the country who are on the frontlines of the fight to save our country. If we simply had 4,000 people donate $25 each, we would raise $100,000! But I know many are willing to donate much more in the battle for our land.

What am I asking of you? I am boldly asking you to join us. We need you. The hour is late. The fate of our nation hangs in the balance. As Thomas Paine once said, “These are the times that try men’s souls.” Electing Roy Moore as governor of Alabama will be an incredible victory for the cause of Liberty! Whether you can donate $2000, $200, $20 or $2 – please join us. America’s destiny is in our hands. Please visit and pledge your support at: www.itstimeformoore.com

Thanks for posting this. Roy Moore is definitely someone who should be getting more attention around here.

Hey now!

Roy Moore: Oppose gambling, prostitution, and pornography while ensuring that traditional marriage between one man and one woman is preserved.

Create new jobs and recruit new industry but preserve and protect existing businesses.

Social Con with a tinge of liberal (The true definition of the word....) economic leaning.

Hi,

I am the first to say I do not agree with Roy Moore on every issue, but he is a constitutionalist, he will stand for state's rights, he will fight for freedom, and he will kill Real ID and NAIS. He is not controlled by anyone, and is friendly with both Ron Paul and the Constitution Party.

This reminds me of Benjamin Franklin's statement: "Gentlemen, we must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately"

I have looked at the candidates running for the Republican nomination for governor in Alabama. Of the current lot, I like Kay Ivey the best. She is the current state treasurer and her stand on the issues is reasonable and she is focused on bringing jobs to Alabama as a primary objective. I believe the Democrat nominee is going to be Artur Davis, but Ron Sparks may also have a chance. The big question is going to be if the Democrats statewide will nominate a black. Artur is currently the District 7 congressman and a very intelligent man. But he is pretty liberal and statewide, Alabama is pretty conservative. I really doubt that Roy Moore has much of a chance, however. The field of Republicans is very strong and very conservative. This election is going to be for governor of Alabama. The candidates who are the strongest on state issues will be the most likely to be elected. Federal constitutional issues are going to take a back seat to the economy this go around.

You're right, I guess. We all believe in state sovereignty and limited government, and we should do as the founding fathers did, pushing aside our differences in the name of a common goal.

Wow, I am shocked that you are going with Key Ivey. You are the first Ron Pauler I have heard of who is. I like Mrs. Ivey, but if people are afraid of Roy Moore being too Christian than I don't know what they will think about her. See below quote:

"We welcome people of all faiths, but at the same time, the standard for America is under the Judeo-Christian principles," said state Treasurer Kay Ivey.

Only Jewish and Christian religious displays should be allowed on government property, she said.

Such a limitation would go too far, according to Moore, who said the key question is not what religion the display represents but whether the display breaks First Amendment rules: "I think you should allow any display that's not an establishment of religion." How does she plan to do this, and why do you see it as a good thing?

That is too radical. I can't believe she wants to allow Jewish displays.
