If a foreign embassy in U.S. takes a bribe, does a non-u.s. citizen have the right to sue the embassy right here in United States?

Nope, you have to do it in their home country.

That is, unless you report the corruption to their government, and they revoke their diplomatic immunity (this can be done retroactively). Generally they will only do this for vicious crimes like murder or massive theft. At least, that is my understanding of it. The most that the host country can do is cut diplomatic ties with the country with the offending representative, which is rare.
