What's the scoop with RJ Harris, is he not a liberty candidate? Why is his name not under the liberty candidate threads?

I'm just curious, because even if we get Rand, Peter and Adam elected to office we still need a lot more folks in Washington who actually believe in the Constitution.

He's running against a Republican incumbent.
