I'd like to read the bills, to find out what they actually say, so I have something to say to liberals when they complain about "tax cuts for the rich."
EDIT: I found it with Wikipedia, by looking up "2001" and clicking "United States" and looking for 'tax' on the page.

I thought they were passed under reconciliation as a part of the budget rules, meaning there would be no bill.

I think it was one of the first things passed in the 107th.
I wanna say HR 3.

Well, your comment made me think to look for bills passed in 2001 on Wikipedia, so thanks. :)
