Is there anything out there on this? When Gore and his buddy Gingrich passed the 96 Telecom act, which was pretty much as close to a libertarian measure as anything we've seen before..what followed was a complete disaster...Clear Channel blows up from a handful of stations to 1500 plus...newscorp does it's thing...on and on and on.
